Terms & Conditions for Lease/Rental
- 1) In case your plan gets changed or cancelled after bike or car is given on rent the rent will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- 2) Entire security amount will be refunded once the bike is returned in its original condition.
- 3) Any damages to the vehicle will incur in deductions from the security amount.
- 4) Issue of Driving license,triple riding,without helmet,without seatbelts, driving wrong side, jumping red lights, over speed,drink&drive,no parking,rash driving,mobile use while driving,tyre puncture are issues the driver/leaser is responsible.
- 5) We will service you within 10 km area of our office location with technical issues only.
- 6) Return time 8:30 am or 8:30 pm depending upon the pickup time of the vehicle.
- 7) If the vehicle is returned after its intended timeline extra charges will be levied upon the customer depending upon the usage of the vehicle.
- 8) Pick and drop facility also available at nominal charges
- 9) Extra fuel in vehicle will not be adjusted so fill your tanks accordingly.
- 10) Use fuel additive for safe &smooth driving (5ml for 5 litre)
- 11) If you are driving the vehicle after 10 pm, please do so at your own responsibility and any sort of issues with the vehicle (fine or breakdown) will be addressed the next working day
- 12) If you drive more than 150 kms in 24 hours then you will have to pay extra
